Special Education Laws & Understanding IEP/IFSP/504
All Department of Defense (DoD) ID cardholders are welcome to join Army Community Service (ACS) Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) and PEAK Parent Center for this in-person training. Participants will:
-Gain a clear understanding of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), and Section 504 Plans
-Learn about the roles of parents, students, and school staff in supporting a student’s education
