Kate Singh joined the PEAK Board in November of 2022. In her work as a journalist in Colorado, she covered many stories focusing on education and, therein, diversity, equity, and inclusion. In that work, she found a lot of meaning in protecting the rights of all students. Kate’s oldest son was diagnosed with autism several years ago and their family has worked hard to learn about and provide what he needs to thrive in the world. PEAK helped Kate navigate the education system at a time when doing so seemed too complicated to figure out alone. She wants to make sure any parent who needs such guidance is able to find it through PEAK and the wonderful people who help move its mission forward every day.
