We would love to have you participate this year. The PEAK Parent Center Conference on Inclusive Education for 2024 will be held in two locations on two separate days with the same content presented at each venue. The intent of the two-day, two location conference model is to allow a broader reach across Colorado. 

How to Participate at the Conference  

As an Exhibitor you may participate in the PEAK Parent Conference on Inclusive Education by purchasing table space to exhibit at the conference.

We have 4 different exhibitor types. Please read the Exhibitor Information prior to completing your Exhibitor Application.   

Exhibitor Types

There will be a limit of 1 table per organization/business.

For Profit: an organization or business for the purposes of generating profit.

Non-Profit: an organization or business for purposes other than generating profit. The organization or business benefits: 1) the public and/or 2) a specific group of individuals. A non-profit has tax exempt status.

Self-Advocate: an organization or business that is owned or co-owned by an individual with a disability. The goods or wares are created or co-created by the individual with the disability.

Exhibitor Fees

For Profit exhibitor space: (1 table – 6’x3′) $300.00 (1 table at both locations – $500.00)

Non-Profit exhibitor space: (1 table – 6’x3′) $250.00 (1 table at both locations – $400.00)

Self-Advocate exhibitor space: (1 table – 6’x3′) $80.00 (1 table at both locations – $125.00)

Exhibitor Information

PEAK Parent Center cordially invites you to participate in our 38th Conference on Inclusive Education, Better Together – Partnering for Inclusion, to be held on September 11th at UCCS, Colorado Springs and September 13th UNC, Greeley.

The Conference will host a wide array of presentations designed for professionals, parents and individuals on the topic of inclusion across environments and the lifespan to include special education. Attendance for this conference averages nearly 350 participants. The conference addresses effective inclusion practices for youth with disabilities (birth through 26 years of age) in general and special education, transition and post-secondary services.

You may choose to participate in the PEAK Parent Inclusion Conference in two ways:

• purchasing table space to exhibit at the conference; and/or
• purchasing a sponsorship level package. For more information click here.  

The Conference Committee has the sole right to determine the eligibility of any company or product for inclusion in the exhibit hall.

Exhibit space is limited at each location. Exhibit space will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis, so consider filling out your application early!  

Exhibit spaces are allocated based on 6’x3′ table sizes. If additional space is required, please reserve up to one extra table for your exhibit. We are unable to hold tables without a completed and confirmed application, and payment.

Confirmation of your application to exhibit and receipt of your high resolution Logo in order to be listed in the conference materials must be completed by August 23, 2024. After August 23rd, there will be no guarantee of having your organization/business name listed in the conference program.
