Direct Support
Parent Advisors provide individualized support and information to help families:
- Gain clarity on IFSPs, IEPs, and 504 Plans
- Learn advocacy and communication strategies
- Understand evaluations, accommodations, and behavior supports
- Navigate transitions from early childhood to adulthood
- Know their rights and options for resolving concerns
- Find trusted community resources
Parent Advisors are currently available Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM (MT)

Families Call When They Want To:
- Navigate special education and understand their child’s rights in order to plan for key transitions.
- Build communication skills with school professionals and support inclusion within the classroom.
Schools and Professionals Call When They Want To:
- Build stronger partnerships with families of their students.
- Learn strategies to support inclusion and collaboration.
Community Members Call When They Want To:
- Partner on outreach, events, or learning opportunities.
- Share information that helps families and youth thrive.
