Participants will explore six specific ways to boost effective advocacy efforts that include: maintaining a clear understanding of your student’s disability, gaining knowledge of the key players, understanding your rights and responsibilities, becoming well organized, utilizing clear and effective communication skills, and being able to effectively resolve disagreements!
