My name is Mark Chacon, and I am dedicated to serving our community. I was hired with the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) in June of 2002 and am currently a Lieutenant for CSPD. I have served in various assignments to include School Resource Officer, Sergeant over our Crimes Against Children Unit, and a Sergeant over our Crimes Against At Risk Adult Unit. I am a volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters. I received my Master’s in Business Administration in 2017. In my free time I love to spend time with my wife and daughters. I enjoy golfing and playing basketball. I am excited to be part of PEAK Parent Center. During my volunteer work and assignments, I have found how important it is to give individuals and families a voice, which includes education for success. I want to help fulfill the mission of PEAK in ensuring families are provided training, information, and technical assistance to equip them with strategies to advocate for their children.
