The Individualized Education Program (IEP) process can sometimes feel like a daunting and overwhelming process. But, a well designed IEP will help a student learn and actively participate in school with his or her peers and prepare him or her to lead a productive, active, rich adult life! PEAK Parent Center developed an IEP Preparation Packet to help parents prepare for their IEP meeting and think through and plan for each step of the process before the meeting. Use this tool to get ready for your IEP meeting!

PEAK's IEP Preparation Packet is available in both English and Spanish and can be accessed and downloaded free of charge. Note: both of the links below open in new tabs and display PDFs.

We wish you the best of luck in designing effective, meaningful IEPs for your child and hope these resources help!
