Kelly is the Founder and Head Executive Officer of Strategic Earth Consulting. This multi-disciplinary firm has the privilege of partnering with community through trust-centered, heart-forward leadership and dialogue. For over fifteen years, Kelly has supported California Native leaders, fishermen, state and federal agencies, and academics to navigate complex natural resource decision-making and co-create shared solutions. Kelly holds a Master of Applied Studies in Marine Biodiversity and Conservation from Scripps Institution of Oceanography at the University of California, San Diego. She is trained in Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead™, Appreciative Inquiry, and Non-Violent Communications.
