Learning outcomes:

As a result of multiple Office of Civil Rights complaints being filed Colorado Department of Education has recently changed its enrollment policies to align with OCR guidance and to increase students with disabilities access to charter school choices in their area.

The panel, listed below, will provide participants with additional context for the rule changes as well as a better understanding of their rights when navigating enrolling their student with a disability into a charter.
