Tired of riding the ebb and flow of services? Want to create the life your loved one with an intellectual/developmental disability desires and chooses?
A day for families, self-advocates, and interested community members and professionals, who want to hear about what resources are available, how to blend and control those resources and how to plan for the future your family envisions.
Event will be facilitated by Jeff Strully (formerly from Colorado) and father to three adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities. He serves as CEO of Jay Nolan Community Services in Los Angeles. Strully, an international leader, catapults families into action with hope for the future.
Please RSVP to Lionel Llewellyn at the Colorado Developmental Disabilities Council at Lionel.Llewellyn@state.co.us by September 23rd. No charge to family members, others may make a donation. Lunch will be provided at no cost to participants. Space is limited so you must RSVP.
