Phone Reception
What: Answer phones and direct callers to staff
Location: CS Office- 611 N. Weber, Suite 200/80903
Time: M-Th 8 – 2:30 pm, F 8 - 12
Commitment Needed: 1- 2 hours anytime in the hours listed above
Duration: Ongoing
Organize Library Materials
What: Create library cards, catalog, & shelve books and materials for our various
libraries
Location: CS Office- 611 N. Weber, Suite 200/80903
Time: M-F 8 – 4:30 pm
Commitment Needed: 1- 2 hours anytime in the hours listed above
Duration: One time activity or ongoing
General Office Assistance
What: Assisting in whatever task is needed including copying, mailings,
organizing files, etc.
Location: CS Office- 611 N. Weber, Suite 200/80903
Time: M-F 8 – 4:30 pm
Commitment Needed: 1- 2 hours anytime in the hours listed above
Duration: Ongoing
